Returns policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal/return shall not apply to the purchased products which are not prefabricated and for their production an individual choice or decision by the consumer shall prevail or which clearly personal to the consumer needs are tailored.

See below the items categories were the right of withdrawal/return does not apply:

  • Graphics kits
  • Seat covers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any shipping/customs costs related to the return of the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items are illegible for replacement free of charges.

For replacement of items due to any other reasons that are not imputable to TMX Graphics a restocking fee shall apply (see section below) in addition to the re-shipping costs.

Any shipping/customs costs related to the return of the items are the responsibility of the customer.

NOTICEThe confirmation of the replacement/return of the graphics kit shall be performed by our services before the return of the product to our facilities.The lack of confirmation prior to the return of the products will result in the abstention of our services from receiving the returned package at our facilities.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

For items that need to be returned or exchanged reasons that are not imputable to TMX Graphics a restocking fee shall be applied according to the following table:

Disputes

In case of dispute the consumer may resort to an Alternative Resolution Entity of consumer disputes:
